Here at St. Peter’s Health Partner’s, we care for more people in more places. Schuyler Ridge is recruiting for a LTC Nurse Manager for our Long-term Care Unit. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8-4p Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering a range of medical services including long-term care, memory care and med surg sub acute and 24-hour residential care, as well as adult day services. The site is going through a transformation remodeling their units to help their staff bring the best care to their residents! Schuyler Ridge’s philosophy is unmistakable: residents come first. Responsibilities:
The planning, priority setting and evaluation of programs of resident care Facilitate collegial relationships in the interdisciplinary teams Assume responsibility for the management of fiscal and material resources Demonstrate the organization’s commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees. Accountability for the human resource and outcome management for designated resident populations Provides emotional support to residents and their families What you will need:
Required:
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York Associates Degree in Nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 5 years of experience as an RN 1 year of experience in a leadership role
Preferred:
3 years of experience or more as a RN in a skilled nursing setting 1 year of experience or more of finical management Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities Strong conflict mediation skills Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts and different departments Highest level of engagement within a team setting to promote a positive work environment Promote and embrace the culture of the facility Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing nursing and nursing support staff Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field

$98,800.00 – $133,016.00 per year Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
