Your responsibilities will include oversight of thefacility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursingpolicies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• : Qualifications of a NursingSupervisor include: Valid NY state nursing license Advanced degreeor certification preferred Experience in a supervisory orleadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionateand empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursingneeds of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to workwith both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, anddecision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment•: We Hire for Heart!
