- RN House Supervisor Location
- Massena, NY 13662 Shift
- 3×12 Nights Contract length
- 13 weeks Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide direct support to patients, including those with disabilities or geriatric needs. Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation laws and facility policies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and staff performance. Train and mentor staff on best practices in patient care and safety protocols. Address any concerns or issues raised by patients or their families in a timely manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall service delivery. Requirements Alternating 3×12 and 4×12 schedule 1ST
