What You’ll Do Lead nursing staff through daily supervision, including admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making Make rounds, support the DON/ADON, and ensure adherence to NYS and CMS regulations Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with coaching, support, and training Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate resident care Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and staff development efforts What You’ll Bring Active RN license in New York State At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a nursing home or rehab setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Skilled in regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy A collaborative, resident-first mindset Why Join Us?
