Washington Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisorin Argyle, NY. Shift is from 11 P.M.- 7 A.M. We are now offering a$3,750 Sign-on bonus!
Duties:
Complete resident care requirementsby scheduling and assigning nursing staff Establish a compassionateenvironment by providing support to residents & families Provideinformation to residents & staff by answering questions andrequests Maintain a safe & clean working environment byimplementing rules & regulations Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing Manage documentationof resident care services Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams
Requirements:
Must hold valid Registered Nurse(RN) license Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members ofthe staff Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs Excellentcommunication skills Basic computer skills About us: WashingtonCenter for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 122-bedrehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Argyle, NewYork.
