As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead aninterdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure thehealth, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Yourresponsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations,safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, proceduresand regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications ofa Nursing Supervisor include: Valid state nursing license Advanceddegree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory orleadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionateand empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursingneeds of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to workwith both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, anddecision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment•: We Hire for Heart!
