What You’ll Do:

As anRN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staffwithin a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring thedelivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment,ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of ourresidents.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include: Valid state RN nursinglicense Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in asupervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care settingpreferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careInterest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically illwith the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
