Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Shift:
7:00 AM – 11:00
PM Employment Type:
Full-Time This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN looking to grow in a leadership role while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care during your shift. Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families. Oversee resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies. Respond promptly to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety. Assist with staff scheduling, documentation reviews, and end-of-shift reporting. Communicate effectively with department heads and the administrative team as needed. Requirements Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required) Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Why Join Southwestern Nursing and Rehab?
