Competitive Salary:
$83,000-88,000/year Basesalary plus $5,000 annual bonus potential; $5000 sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical care ofhomecare clients from admission through discharge Manage caredelivery and personnel, ensuring high-quality clinical servicesOrient and evaluate homecare caregivers, ensuring their skills andcompetencies Foster caregiver development through education,training, and ongoing support Perform both in-office and fieldduties, including patient home visits
Qualifications:
