Unit Manager Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily nursing operations on the unit Supervise and support nursing staff Ensure care plans are properly implemented and followed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in staff training, evaluations, and scheduling

Unit Manager Qualifications:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania (required) Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
