Your Role:

RN Unit Manager As a Unit Manager , you’ll oversee the clinical care of a dedicated unit, ensuring that both residents and staff receive the support, structure, and guidance they need to thrive.

You will:

Supervise, coach, and support the nursing staff on your unit Ensure quality resident care in accordance with individual care plans Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Monitor regulatory compliance and participate in audits/surveys Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance management Lead by example in delivering compassionate, professional care

What You Need:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania CPR certification Long-term care experience required Charge Nurse or prior supervisory experience strongly preferred Excellent clinical, organizational, and leadership skills Passion for geriatric care and staff development If you’re ready to lead a unit and elevate care standards, this is your moment.
