Sign-On Bonus:

As a RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll manage the coordination,supervision, and implementation of professional and supportivehospice services in a safe, cost-effective manner. You’ll lead acare team with purpose, guide new team members through orientation,and provide vital education on clinical practice, regulations, andreimbursement updates. You’ll play a critical role in ensuringevery patient receives the highest quality of care throughout theirjourney. Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and apassion for providing the best possible care
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSNpreferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
Experience:
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registerednurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, orhospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical andsupervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assignedsupervision responsibilities. Homecare Homebase EMR experiencepreferred.
Required:
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend,move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear theweight of an average adult effectively.
