The Dialysis NurseManager is responsible for dialysis facility management and nursingpersonnel supervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatmentsfor all DCI patients.

No dialysis experience needed. DCI will trainthe right leader.

Compensation:

Pay range from $85,000-$90,000annually, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. $10,000sign on bonus!

ResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Expect:

Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient carewhen needed Ensure all hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis facilityfollow DCI policies and procedures Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient carein accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s QualityAssessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and theindividual clinic’s requirements Plan and provide training and assessments for patient carestaff alongside nurse educator Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementationwith the quality and risk manager Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director,social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staffnurses and equipment technicians Integrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staffeducation, research projects and unit expansions with clinicoperations director and medical director Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staffsupervision with medical director Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance to DCI’spolicies and procedures and applicable laws Work closely with area operations director on identifyingoperational efficiencies
