Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety. Assist DON in supervision of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Manage resident care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes in long term care setting. Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular assessment of resident conditions and implement necessary interventions. Must be registered as an RN in the state of SC and supervisory experience preferred.
