RN Weekend Supervisor 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 105 Medford Drive, Darlington, SC 29532 RNs •$2,500 Sign-on Bonus (Full Time) + Tuition Assistance Wilson Senior Care has an opening for an RN Weekend Supervisor at our Medford facility. Come Experience the Difference of working for an Employee Owned Company! Monitors nursing services and resident care daily . Renders nursing care to residents as indicated. Monitors for resident changes in condition and communicates with staff, physician and family as indicated. Notifies DON and or ED with incidents/accidents, behaviors, etc… as indicated. Monitors Nursing and CNA documentation to ensure accurate and complete medical records. Assists with staff education. Attends and participates in nursing in-services and educational programs including online education. Employee coaching and counseling, as well as recommendation of employees in consultation with DON as indicated. Admits/discharges residents and complete Admission Assessments as indicated. Performs duties such as QAA and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement audits, charting, etc. as necessary. Participates in QA audits Participates in ABAQIS (online QAPI program). Verbal and written communications to the Director of Nursing as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the Nursing Services Department. Meets with residents, and/or Responsible Party or family members, as necessary to resolve any concerns, complaints or grievances. Report to the Director of Nursing. Provides information to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee as requested. Performs other related duties as designated.
