RN Supervisor 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 South Carolina’s largest in home health care provider is looking for a well rounded Registered Nurse Supervisor to cover the Grand Strand region. The ideal candidate will be a team leader that is able to motivate, coach, and provide necessary feedback for our precious clients and amazing staff! The RN will be responsible for supervising our staff in the field through quarterly supervisory visits and ensuring that our clients are receiving the best care in the state of South Carolina! The nurse will also admit new clients as they come on board with Nightingales. When the nurse is not in the field, he or she will work in our Florence/Myrtle Beach office assisting our human resource department with the on-boarding of new employees. Experience with vents, trachs, g-tubes, and pediatrics is a must along with great customer service, computer skills, and the ability to problem solve.
