Full Job Description Overview:
Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is a 36-bed stand-alone inpatient rehabilitation hospital that took their first 2 patients on 8/1! We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required. Current CPR certification required. Two years relevant experience required. Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice. Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
