  • 5pm + admin on-call rotation
Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000.00

  • As a RN Clinical Supervisor, you’llmanage the coordination, supervision, and implementation ofprofessional and supportive hospice services in a safe,cost-effective manner.

You’ll lead a care team with purpose, guidenew team members through orientation, and provide vital educationon clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement updates.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every patient receives thehighest quality of care throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

A heart toserve patients and families and a passion for providing the bestpossible care

Education:

Graduate of an accreditednursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as aregistered nurse

Experience:

2-3 years of supervisory experience asa registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, homehealth, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinicaland supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to theassigned supervision responsibilities. Homecare Homebase EMRexperience preferred.

Required:

Reliable transportation. Ability tosit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbsand bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
