Overview:

We are lookingfor an Executive Director Specialist RN to provide assistance toour branches throughout Tennessee and Georgia. You will serve asthe Administrator RN on call and are responsible for the overalloperation at the local office, employment of qualified Hospicepersonnel, and provision of Hospice services. To qualify for thisposition, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN), reside in or bewilling to relocate to the Tennessee or Georgia, have a minimum of3 years of recent hospice management experience and be availablefor 100% travel. Establish and maintain standards of high quality and customerservice in compliance with federal and state regulations andguidelines. Implement and evaluate goals and objectives for Hospiceservices that meet and promote the standards of quality andcontribute to the total organization and philosophy. Maintain compliance with all legal rules and regulations. Meet growth and development targets and actively establish andmaintain market acceptance and allegiance throughout the localservice area. About You:

This position is for a person who iswilling to travel to different locations within the region and isresponsible for establishing and implementing goals for hospiceservices and driving the operation of the facility. This role willmanage budgets and ensure that organizational goals are in keepingwith conscientious, humane care of patients while complying withall federal and state guidelines. Knowledge of hospice operations, state and federal regulationsand compliance Strong regulatory affairs and governance requirements forhealthcare Thorough knowledge of state and local guidelines that governregulatory processes for healthcare Able to travel 100% of the time throughout the region Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement Experience in health care sales and/or management with P&Lresponsibility 3-5 years sales or management experience preferably in aHospice or Healthcare environment Bachelors degree in business administration or related field orequivalent experience and knowledge Confident to work independently Ability to communicate clearly Effective time management skills Shares information with team to improve overall teamperformance Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates goodproblem-resolution skills Very comfortable working with multiple online and computerapplications Quick to learn and apply new knowledge Effectively processes and integrates time-sensitive informationfrom multiple sources
