Full-Time,Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm a dmin on-call rotation We are lookingfor impeccable leaders to join our team—those who are committed tocreating meaningful patient experiences and supporting our missionof delivering compassionate, end-of-life care with heart. As a RNClinical Supervisor , you’ll manage the coordination, supervision,and implementation of professional and supportive hospice servicesin a safe, cost-effective manner. You’ll lead a care team withpurpose, guide new team members through orientation, and providevital education on clinical practice, regulations, andreimbursement updates. You’ll play a critical role in ensuringevery patient receives the highest quality of care throughout theirjourney. Qualifications:

A heart toserve patients and families and a passion for providing the bestpossible care

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school(BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse

Experience:

2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registerednurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, orhospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical andsupervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assignedsupervision responsibilities

Required:

Reliable transportation.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
