RN Supervisor Oncology Full Time Nights Position Summary TheClinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director isresponsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigneddepartment including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscalresponsibility and strategic goals of the unit. Is a designatedleader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluationof safe patient care while promoting a safe environment foremployees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisormaintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate tothe ages, developmental stages, and special needs of thepopulation. Minimum Education:

Associates degree in Nursingrequired.

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of Acute Care or comparableexperience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.

RequiredCertifications/Registrations/Licenses:

A valid PermanentMulti-State RN or LPN License from the state in which you reside isrequired. Should you hold a RN or LPN license from another Compactstate, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN orLPN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.

American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
