RN Supervisor Surgical Trauma Full Time Nights Position SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director isresponsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigneddepartment including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscalresponsibility and strategic goals of the unit. Is a designatedleader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluationof safe patient care while promoting a safe environment foremployees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisormaintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate tothe ages, developmental stages, and special needs of thepopulation. Service Excellence behavior is promoted at alltimes.
THE RN CLINICAL SUPERVISOR SURGICAL TRAUMA CANDIDATE WILL POSSESSTHE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, ANDEXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Associates degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years of Acute Care or comparableexperience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
A valid PermanentMulti-State RN License from the state in which you reside isrequired. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state,you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN Licensefrom the state in which you reside within 30 days. American HeartAssociation BLS CPR required.
