The Clinical Director works closely with the Branch Administrator, VP of Clinical Operations, and VP of Compliance relating to the program and clinical services provided.
Compensation :
Full time salaried position including bonus potential.

Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight, supervision, and quality assurance of all clinical services including but not limited to documentation and direct services. Supervise all activities to promote efficient processes, safe and compassionate nursing care, and patient satisfaction. Coordinate and orchestrate employee work related activities such as meetings, training, hiring, counseling, and employee evaluations. Analyzes problems to ensure agency policies, procedures, and regulations are followed. Provides direct case management services to a specific case load. Responsible for management of skilled services. Works closely with all staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are being met. Qualifications 3 + years of Home Health management or Hospice experience preferred Current Tennessee nursing license At least 5 years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity Proven leadership capabilities is required Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health Current driver’s license and current automobile insurance Must be able to travel as needed
