Implement and monitor utilization management processes for effective resource allocation. Develop and enforce standards of care in alignment with best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans. Provide training and support to nursing staff on geriatric and home care practices. Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of geriatrics, home care, and assisted living standards. Excellent team management and leadership skills. Familiarity with coding and utilization management processes is a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
