Emergency Department Manager (RN) Trusnik Brothers Investments Cleveland, TN 37312 Under the guidance of the Director, the Clinical Manager serves as a nursing leader for the patient care team during designated shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and cost-efficient healthcare. This role encompasses all the responsibilities of a department RN while also requiring strong leadership skills. The Clinical Manager provides direct and indirect patient care, applying the nursing process and clinical delivery model with expertise. In addition to advanced nursing leadership, the Clinical Manager efficiently manages staffing based on patient needs and staff competencies, actively participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives, and monitors care standards within the assigned shift. This individual supports and mentors staff in their roles as educators, collaborators, and patient advocates, fostering a professional environment built on trust, recognition, and mutual respect. Demonstrating effective communication and leadership, the Clinical Manager is committed to both personal and professional growth.
