Hillcrest Healthcare’s facility and equipment is well maintained by staff-many of whom have worked for the facility 10+ years. Nurse to resident ratios is consistently better than those in many other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low. Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking an RN Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures. Provides direct care skills skills such as colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, IV administration, etc in accordance with current policies and procedures, as assigned. Performs rounds to ensure resident needs are being met and personnel are performing their assigned duties. Participates in management team meetings as indicated to discuss census changes, resident changes in status or care need, or complaints or concerns. Assist in evaluating work performance of nursing personnel and implements discipline according to operational policies and as directed. Participates in QAPI activities as needed or assigned. Monitor job assignment and make changes as necessary. Manage absenteeism to ensure staffing is sufficient. Ensure Medications are administered as ordered. Review physician orders to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

Must have a current Tennessee RN license. EOE
