SummaryWe are hiring an Executive Director-RN with a $7500sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities Responsible for directing day-to-day operations of the providerand supervision of provider staff. Ensures that the Clinical and/or Executive Director isavailable during all operating hours or directly provides coveragefor those duties. Must be immediately available to be on-siteduring business hours, or immediately available by telephone whenoffsite conducting agency business, including but not limited tocommunity presentations, conferences, and meetings with physicians.

Available after hours as needed. Supervises and ensures high quality patient care servicesthroughout the episode of care. This includes overseeing referralcoordination, continually assessing patient needs, and ensuring thedevelopment, implementation, and updates of the patient’sindividualized plan of care. Ensures coordination with physicians,families, and other clinicians involved in care asappropriate. Communicates effectively with staff through staff meetings,case conferences, and mandatory in-services. Supervises patient care to ensure the delivery of safe,economical, and efficient patient care, adhering to relevantstandards of nursing and medical practice, including federal andstate regulations, Joint Commission standards, payer sourcecriteria, and LHC policies. Ensures patient care is providedaccording to the physician-ordered plan of care. Oversees survey readiness activities, actual surveys, andensures plans of correction are developed, implemented, andmonitored. Supervises agency staff performance, monitoring and assessingemployee performance regularly using clinician scorecards andannual performance evaluations. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education andExperienceLicense Requirements:

Registered nurse with at least 2 years of supervisoryexperience in home healthcare. Current CPR certification required. Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to adependable vehicle. At least 3 years of nursing experience as an RN in home healthservices.
