Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team. This leadership role involves overseeing daily unit operations, coordinating admissions and discharges, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting staff. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. The Charge Nurse will help improve workflows, foster teamwork, guide staff, and contribute to a positive experience for both residents and employees. Supervise and manage unit nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans. Coordinate daily operations, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Provide education and training to nursing staff to support clinical development. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team. Address patient care concerns and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
