Responsible for promoting the efficient operations toprovide effective nursing care of a designated department (s).Manages the department independently under the guidance of a NurseManager/Director. /n Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies,JCAHO and the Nurse Practice Act. Promotes optimum health caredelivery within budgetary guidelines. Is responsible fordepartment(s) on a 24 hour basis. /n Education /n

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. /n

Preferred:

Academicdegree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree). /n Experience /n1 year RN experience /n /n Certifications /n Currently licensed,certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law,regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR. /n /n
