Clinical Nurse Manager 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 127 Saundersville Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075 Responsibilities Works with leadership to achieve quality and patient satisfaction goals Supervise all clinical staff Assists with staffing assigned area and performing daily operational processes Ongoing evaluation and assessment of clinical staff needs Coordinate with management relating to the center budget and volume forecasting Annual competency and performance evaluations for all clinical staff Responsible for efficient and effective patient care and quality improvement Manage center’s pharmacy program Participates in facility committees, meetings, in-services, and activities Recommends need for new/different items in regard to trends and needs of the facility Oversees Safety/risk-management and Infection Control programs and reports any concerns to the Administrator Implements practices and regulations adopted to provide safety in the healthcare environment Develops and annually reviews policies and procedures to meet federal and state regulatory requirements Responds to emergency situations competently Requirements Graduate of accredited school of nursing Registered Nurse with active Tennessee license BLS Certification – Must obtain ACLS within 60 days of hire Management experience preferred Minimum of five years Operating Room experience Evidence of leadership qualities Strong ethical and moral character references
