Tallo's Job Summary: Coordinates patient care throughput and nurse staffing needs during assigned shift as the RN-Nursing Supervisor PRN. Reporting to the Lead Nursing Supervisor and Unit Director, this role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-paced environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required within 6 months of hire. A minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience is also necessary for this position.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriateaction. Ability to apply basic nursing knowledge to all setting in the hospital. Requires ability to functioneffectively within a high-level multi-task environment.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association or AmericanRed Cross)
