RN Resident Care Director Superbeo Windsor, VT Job Summary
FUNCTION
Responsible for effective overall management of the Resident Services Department and coordination with other ancillary health providers to provide quality care and services to all residents. Temp•Leadership•Resident Care Director (Days)
Windsor, VT Shift Notes:
8hr Shifts Monday-Friday (mostly 9a-5.30p), but must be flexible. Must cover call-outs on all shifts, if needed 40hr gt
Weekend Requirements:
Yes/TBD/Holidays required if needed. Submission Requirements Minimum 3 years current experience in position with management and leadership responsibilities required Geriatric experience Required Basic knowledge of and ability to apply Geriatric Nursing principles required Familiarity with pertinent VT State regulations required
CERNER EMR
experience•Required Additional certification in nursing specialty of Geriatrics Strongly Preferred (these candidates will have first consideration) Travel experience•Preferred BSN (or higher) degree Required Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
