Essential Functions:
/n Completes evaluations toensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas thatrequire attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and toolsand establishes individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatmentprotocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care anddischarge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriateparties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinicaldocumentation within established deadlines. Supervises assignedassistants. Position will work primarily at the Adventist HealthSelma hospital but will be required to float to the AdventistHealth Reedley hospital when needed for coverage of our Swing BedProgram. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. /n/n/n
