Whatyou will do in this role: Develop a specialized treatment plan to help him/her achieve asmuch as possible in regaining his/her well-being through exerciseand/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices. You and your staffwill play an important role in his/her recovery Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor andother team members; instruct patient’s family or nursing staff infollow-through programs Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing,payer and accrediting requirements Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and cleancondition Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards ofthe Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate ComplianceAgreement, appropriate professional standards and applicablestate/federal laws Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in thestate where services are rendered Current CPR certification Strong organizational and communication skills Through ahistory of successful joint-venture partnerships and managementagreements, Lifepoint Rehabilitation works with hospitals to moreeffectively meet the needs of their patients, maintain employeesatisfaction and generate long-term quality outcomes for theirentire organization.
