Overview:
Under the direction of a physicianorder, administers a specific occupational therapy evaluation andplans and implements a treatment program. The treatment plan isbased on the patients physical, developmental and psychosocialneeds. Provides advisory service to other interdisciplinary teammembers to promote quality patient care. Functions under the directsupervision of the Assistant Director. Performs related duties asassigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate of an accreditedOccupational Therapy program.

Licensure:
Current occupationaltherapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.

Certifications:
Current BLS through the American Heart Association

Other:
Must be able to respond to emergency situations

Preferred Certifications:
National Board Certification inOccupational Therapy.
