Join our dedicated team in Fairfield Bay,Arkansas, where you’ll provide transformative care to residents ina dynamic and supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

KeyResponsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assessresidents’ functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans to help residents achievetheir therapy goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused onimproving daily living, mobility, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holisticapproach to patient care.
• Accurately document evaluations,progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory andfacility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current OccupationalTherapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited OccupationalTherapy program.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience (preferredbut not required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, andproblem-solving skills.
