What You’ll Do:
Provide a comprehensive occupationaltherapy evaluation based on MD orders. Document findings on thestandardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to allguidelines. Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including longand short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatmentmodalities. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations,treatments, recertifications and discharges. Provide comprehensivetreatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patienttreatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that the AOTArecognizes. Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if statemandated) OT holds a current license and/or registration as anOccupational Therapist in-state as applicable. Refer a Friend &Earn Up to $1,000!
