Job Description

This incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting with the supervision and guidance of all Children’s Center for Diagnostics & Therapy (CCDT) Occupational Therapists. The incumbent creates and presents systematic approaches to services delivery; plans and administers occupational therapy evaluations and plans and implements appropriate treatment to those children referred to the CCDT Program. The individual documents provision of care, works cooperatively with STOF’s support staff and participates in special projects as may be necessary. Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required. A minimum of three (3) years related experience working as Occupational Therapist, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity, is required. The incumbent must possess a current license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida. Individual must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
