The Avante at Lake Worth OccupationalTherapist will provide and direct services to residents, includingassessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, relateddocumentation, and communication. Functions under physicians’orders.

Job Functions Include:

• Ability to assess residents inneed of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
• Ability tointerpret and communicate results of assessments.
• Ability todesign and execute appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability todocument daily care as per established guidelines.

Education andExperience:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from anaccredited program.
• Successful completion of NationalCertification Examination for O.T.R.
• Current state licensure orlicense eligible.
