The Avante at Lake Worth OccupationalTherapist will provide and direct services to residents, includingassessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, relateddocumentation, and communication. Functions under physicians’orders.
Job Functions Include:
- Ability to assess residents inneed of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
- Ability tointerpret and communicate results of assessments.
- Ability todesign and execute appropriate treatment plans.
- Ability todocument daily care as per established guidelines.
Education andExperience:
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from anaccredited program.
- Successful completion of NationalCertification Examination for O.T.R.
- Current state licensure orlicense eligible.
