This position also includes a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus The Avante at Inverness Occupational Therapist will provide anddirect services to residents, including assessment, treatment,program planning and implementation, related documentation, andcommunication. Functions under physicians’ orders.

Job Functions Include:

Ability to assess residents in need of skilled occupationaltherapy intervention. Ability to interpret and communicate results ofassessments. Ability to design and execute appropriate treatment plans. Ability to document daily care as per establishedguidelines.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accreditedprogram.
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination forO.T.R.
  • Current state licensure or license eligible.
