This positionalso includes a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus The Avante at InvernessOccupational Therapist will provide and direct services toresidents, including assessment, treatment, program planning andimplementation, related documentation, and communication. Functionsunder physicians’ orders.
Job Functions Include:
Ability to assessresidents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
Ability to interpret and communicate results of assessments.
Ability to design and execute appropriate treatment plans. Abilityto document daily care as per established guidelines.
Education andExperience:
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from anaccredited program.
- Successful completion of NationalCertification Examination for O.T.R.
- Current state licensure orlicense eligible.
