What You’ll Do:

Perform in-home assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Implement interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and safety Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive strategies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliant, timely documentation

Requirements:

Licensed OT in Florida, NBCOT certified 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills Reliable transportation
