$70.00 – $80.00 per hour TravelReimbursement Job Details Conduct thorough at home occupationaltherapy evaluations for patients within Palm Beach County, FLDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans Provideongoing occupational therapy treatment to patients Monitor anddocument patient progress Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals as needed Educate patients and their families ontreatment plans and strategies for home exercises

Qualifications:

Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Reliabletransportation and willingness to travel to patient homes Preferred1 year of experience in home health physical therapy New Grads arewelcome to apply Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaidregulations and compliance Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage timeeffectively CPR Certification (Required) Interested in hearingmore?
