We are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) for per diem positions across Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee Counties. The ideal candidates will provide rehabilitative therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily living activities while adhering to Medicare home care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily functional tasks. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence. Document patient progress and maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide in-home therapy.
