What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs Implement therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and self-care Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and exercises Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, and other care team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Florida Certification from NBCOT in good standing At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) Excellent communication, time management, and independent decision-making skills Reliable transportation to travel between patient home
