Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to determinestudents’ abilities and limitations in various functionalareas.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluationresults.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students’abilities to perform daily activities and participate inschool-related tasks.
Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring ofstudents’ progress toward goals.
Collaborate with other members ofthe school team, including teachers, administrators, and parents,to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinatedservices.
Provide education and training to school staff onstrategies to support students’ occupational therapy goals.
Maintainaccurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatmentplans, progress notes, and billing.
Qualifications:
Master’s degreein Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current statelicense in GeorgiaExperience working with school-aged children,including those with disabilities or special needs.
Knowledge ofevidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to workcollaboratively as part of a team.
