• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, andpsychosocial needs.

• Provide training and education to residents, families, andcaregivers.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded to achieve optimal outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• ValidOccupational Therapy (OT) license.
• Experience in skilled nursingor geriatric settings preferred.
