More about our team St. Mary’s Inpatient Rehabilitation offerstransitional inpatient therapy and education for those withphysical disabilities resulting from injury or illness. OurCARF-accredited center helps patients maximize function andindependence while preparing them for their return home. TheInpatient Rehabilitation is a team of healthcare professionalsworking together to serve people with functional disabilities,their families, and the community, along with St Mary’s Health CareSystem. We are helping our patients reach their full potential forindependent living through education, therapeutic activities, andquality medical care. How you’ll contribute A OccupationalTherapist who excels in this role:

  • Develop a specializedtreatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible inregaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use ofprosthetic and orthotic devices. You and your staff will play animportant role in his/her recovery
  • Communicate patient progressor problems to supervisor and other team members; instructpatient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing,payer and accrediting requirements
  • Maintain equipment and workarea in a safe and clean condition
  • Handle job responsibilities inaccordance with the standards of the Company’s Code of BusinessConduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriateprofessional standards and applicable state/federal laws

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Currentand unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state whereservices are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
