• Minimum ninemonths experience as a physical therapist
• Preferredcommunity/home health experience
• Knowledge of rehabilitationtechniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience withhome health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master’s degree inphysical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapisteducation program
• Currently licensed to practice as a physicaltherapist within the state of agency operation and compliant withaccepted professional standards and practices
• Must possess andmaintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all businesslocations
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or theequivalent with license or certificate within the state providingservices
