- Minimum ninemonths experience as a physical therapist
- Preferredcommunity/home health experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitationtechniques related to complex neurologic injury
- Experience withhome health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Master’s degree inphysical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapisteducation program
- Currently licensed to practice as a physicaltherapist within the state of agency operation and compliant withaccepted professional standards and practices
- Must possess andmaintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all businesslocations
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or theequivalent with license or certificate within the state providingservices
