Full Job Description Position Summary:
To make a positive contribution and measurably impact the sales of Corporate Brand products as a member of a team to complete Division Mapping projects. Support division’s merchandising efforts in a manner consistent with Kroger’s Corporate Brand Mission and P.L. Marketing. Essential Job Functions Work in the CAO system to pull new POGs or change mapping for projects Work with the Retail Merchandising Manager to get special projects scheduled and executed Create specific files needed to generate an order quote and maintain the status of all quotes received Generate orders for new Pushers, strips, and tags when needed for projects Communicate to all parties when there are reset or mapping changes Verify all Wine and Spirit POGs to ensure product location and pack out Create an event schedule maintenances for all projects and resets Create merchandised prints for wine and spirit shops to show the location of signage Provide support for any in store PLM reset team members at each store Maintain existing and previous mapping record of events Insert all signage at new Wine and Spirit shops after brackets are installed Must remain qualified as an insurable driver During periods of reduced regular scheduled hours due to circumstances including but not limited to holidays or unforeseen urgent customer support needs, employees may be responsible for additional store support outside of their normal essential job functions Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum Position Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Be 18 years of age or older Communicate (read, write and speak) fluent English Read and understand plan-o-grams Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs Computer/internet access with knowledge of email and web based applications Adapt to advancing technology and computer solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Detail oriented and capable of working within strict timelines. Qualify as an insurable driver and maintain an excellent driving record A smartphone with internet/data access is required. This position may require installation and utilization of an app on your smartphone to complete the requirements of the position. This may include, but is not limited to, requiring app permissions such as enabling location services, camera, and photo gallery access Minimum Physical Abilities remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time have unlimited manual dexterity lift 10-15 lbs. occasionally Competencies/Skills Adaptability
